collects identifiable information (name, compensation, and other identifiers) only
if knowingly and specifically provided by you. Personally identifying information
you provide will be used only to access your YMCA’s own records, for you to use
with YERDI Online, or for purposes described to you at the point of collection.

any third party, regardless of the form of action, for any missing or incorrect
data, contributions, or interest credits, or any indirect, special, consequential,
incidental, or punitive damages whatsoever, even if the Fund has been advised of

Your YMCA participates in the YMCA Retirement Plan in accordance with the Constitution
and Bylaws of the YMCA Retirement Fund, and the provisions of the YMCA Retirement
Plan, and the terms of its participation agreement and/or other agreement currently
in effect and as may be amended from time to time. This website and YERDI Online
are designed to facilitate communication between your YMCA and the YMCA Retirement
Fund but do not modify or replace any responsibility or obligations your YMCA has
under the Constitution, Bylaws or Retirement Plan.

analyze visitors’ interests and improve this site. The Fund will not give, sell
or transfer any personal information or YMCA data to a third party. The Fund and
